A Super Building to be Established in Changsha
A building with the construction area larger than Dubai Khalifa Tower (the world's highest tower) will come into being in Changsha at the end of 2012. it has started the project of International Business Center, the third stage the construction project of Wanjiali Road in Furong District of Chagsha City was launched recently. The total length of all interior passages of the International Business Center reaches 38 kilometers.
Wanjiali is the only landmark market with one road, one plaza, two stations and one channel in whole China. At present, the expansion project of Wanjiali International Business Center, located at the junction of Wanjiali Avenue and Hehua (Lotus) Road, was launched officially. The business center is expected to serve as the transit station of Metro Line 2 and Metro Line 4 of Changsha City.
As stated by Huang Zhiming, Chairman of Wanjiali Company, the expansion project of Wanjiali would fall into two phases. The first phase is the existing Wanjiali Home Furnishing Plaza, and the second phase is the newly started Wanjiali International Business Center, standing at the southeast corner of Wanjiali Plaza. With a total investment of almost 1 billion yuan, the International Business Center will be built into the largest single building in the world with 26 storeys on the ground and 3 storeys under the ground, covering an area of 388509.35 square kilometers.

长沙将建超级大楼
一座比全世界最高楼迪拜哈利法塔的建筑面积还要大的建筑，将在2012年底现身长沙。位于长沙芙蓉区的万家丽三期工程国际商务中心已于近日启动，围绕国际商务中心的室内通道走一圈就有38公里。
万家丽是全国唯一的一路、一广场、两车站、一隧道的地标性市场。目前万家丽国际商务中心扩建工程已正式启动，位于万家丽大道与荷花路交汇处，未来还将成为长沙城市地铁2号线与4号线的转换站。
万家丽公司董事长黄志明表示，万家丽扩建工程共分二期，一期工程为现有的万家丽家居建材广场，二期工程即此次启动的万家丽国际商务中心，位于万家丽广场东南角。该项目总投资约10亿元，地上26层、地下3层、建筑面积388509.35平方米，为目前全球最大的单体建筑。 |
